1 pound of flanken cut short ribs
2 tablspoons of brown sugar
2 tablspoons soy sauce
2 teaspoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons crushed garlic
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 green onion sliced
1/4 cup kiwi juiced
pinch of black pepper
Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over meat let sit 10 min.
Prepare marinade in a seperate bowl. Mix soy sauce, rice wine, sesame oil, crushed garlic, black pepper and onion. Mix
Pour marinade over ribs and leave in fridge for 2 hours or more.
I think these ribs are best grilled and then served with rice.
I found this receipe online and used it yesterday it was pretty tasty!!
