Sweat a little...

So I am currently doing the P90x program. I do not follow the nutrition plan because I don't want to diet and thats excatly what it is. I prefer to count calories. I love the Cardio X and the Core Synergistics dvd's of the P90x program. The only one I don't do is the yoga and thats because I keep having issues with my feet. some of my favorites are.

 The plank

Steam Engine

Swing kicks

Wall Squats

Chair dips

Wall Sit/Wall squat

Push Up

I use bands, 3lb weights and a pull up bar. The rest of what I do is just my own body resistence. I have  seen great results so far!!
